Andrea Caban Brings ‘Questions’ to Boise

In 2009, Andrea Caban did what everyone who lives in New York has to do once in a while – she got out of Gotham. It doesn’t matter where you go; you’ve just got to GO. Caban went out to Boise to star in the Boise Contemporary Theater’s production of The Pavilion. Among the many things you gain once you get away from New York for awhile is perspective, and what Caban came up with during her sojourn was a solo show based around a trio of characters. Then she came back to NYC and found a few more, and spun them into a show called Questions My Mother Can’t Answer, which has had intermittent performances at the International Fringe Festival and Coyote REP and now comes back to Boise, fully formed, for a quick weekend run at Boise Contemporary beginning tonight.
