This upcoming weekend is one of the busiest of the year in Charleston’s art world.

Fine Art Annual

For years, the Charleston Fine Art Dealers’ Association has been putting on the Charleston Fine Art Annual the first weekend of November. With proceeds going to local high school art programs, it’s really a beautiful display of art for a great cause.

Wednesday was the kickoff event with a “Women in Art” lecture at the Gibbes Museum.

On Friday night, expect to see opening receptions at all the CFADA member galleries: Charleston Renaissance Gallery, Corrigan Gallery, Ella Walton Richardson Fine Art, Helena Fox Fine Art, Horton Hayes Fine Art, Smith-Killian Fine Art, The Sylvan Gallery and the Wells Gallery. All receptions begin at 5:30 p.m.
