Now that we’ve finally gotten through the holidays, we’re entering the staid portion of the American cultural calendar, and that spells awards season. Generally, the Oscar field is pretty well established at this point, but a relatively chaotic release schedule has made handicapping the race – or even knowing what films are going to comprise it – a nearly impossible task.
