A $250,000 grant from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation of Miami will ensure the continuation of Detroit’s “Inside/Out” public arts program through 2013. The program places high-quality reproductions of notable works from the Detroit Institute of Arts’ collection throughout the city, lending a little color, culture and levity to its streets and, ideally, luring visitors down to the DIA itself.
