The Occupy movement hates it and the New York City District Council of Carpenters is not a fan of its alleged labor practices , and the inaugural Frieze New York fair doesn’t even open until May 4. When it does, though, it’s going to essentially overwhelm Randall’s Island for three days, and a sizable sculpture garden’s going to be a major part of it.
