It must be a little strange in Indianapolis at the moment; it’s been a long, long time since their football team was 0-10, and the weather hasn’t even really begun to get cold yet. But it will. Indy denizens should take note, then, of the heat to be generated this weekend at the 35th Indy International Festival at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Three days of dance, music, and multicultural presentations from more than two dozen Indy-area international groups, 20+ ethnic food vendors, and beer and wine from Kahn’s?
