A vast array of plans for Cleveland’s nascent Uptown arts district are slowly bearing fruit, specifically in the figure of the new Museum of Contemporary Art on Euclid Ave. When MOCA opens its doors early next year, it’ll be the capstone of the revitalized University Circle neighborhood, in easy walking distance of the Cleveland Orchestra and the Cleveland Institute of Art.
