New York has long been a hotbed of international theater during the comparatively cold month of January, and 2012 promises to kick the intensity up another notch with the inaugural Times Square International Theater Festival. The brainchild of actor Roy Arias and former Classical Theater of Harlem director Alfred Preisser, the festival kicks off January 16 and runs through the 22nd.
