The lineup for the 2012 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival is out, and while it’s got a host of acts that will likely be a lot of fun to listen to in the sweet, semi-tropical heat of a late New Orleans spring, traditional jazz is a little thin on the ground this year. Sure, Terence Blanchard, Trombone Shorty and Esperanza Spalding will be there, but the headliners are more along the lines of the Eagles, Tom Petty, and Foo Fighters. (FULL STORY: James C.
