The Plaza District, on NW 16th St. between Classen and Penn in Oklahoma City, has been around since 1919, but apparently it fell completely apart between then and 1997, when the reinvention of the place really started. Now, fifteen years later, the district’s emerging as one of OKC’s artistic hubs. I mean, there’s a place there called No Regrets Tattoo. If you don’t like that, you’re un-American.
