The unusual Leonardo Live opens this afternoon at theaters around the country, although “streams” might be a better term; it’s only showing today, and the projection is entirely digital, much like the sort of broadcasts orchestras and ballets are increasingly doing at movie theaters. Although this isn’t live – the exhibition has closed in London – so who knows what the reasoning is. Arts organizations are… quirky. Okay, apparently it is being shown beyond today, at “limited screenings” over the next two weeks. Maybe “quirky” isn’t the right word.
