Davie, Florida Promethean Theatre launched itself in 2004 with a production of Craig Wright’s Orange Flower Water, a play that’s as much about the dream of a perfect life as it is about the disintegration of a pair of marriages. It’s a fitting play for a theater company to start off with; every theater company starts with a dream, and most end in disintegration. And, yes, we’re talking about the same thing with Promethean, which is ceasing operations following its current production of Wright’s The Unseen. The show runs through the 25th, and then – POOF. Maybe go give them a nice round of applause, if you have a chance. (Christine Dolan, The Miami Herald)
