The Cleveland Orchestra, that band of ramblin’ souls, bring their personal brand of road-dogging out west to Vegas’ new Smith Center on Saturday, and they’re probably going to find their surroundings to be fairly similar to their home base of Severance Hall, at least acoustically; the Smith Center’s Reynolds Hall, where the CSO will hold court and attention on Saturday evening at 7:30, was designed by David M.
