The Bucks County Playhouse has stood empty for more than a year now, ever since its longtime owner fell into arrears and lost the place to the bank that held the mortgage, and this is a tune that we’ve heard played a lot recently, and usually with a mournful coda. This one, however, is a little more upbeat; the nonprofit Bridge Street Foundation has put up the money necessary to get the theater solvent again, and foresees a summer 2012 debut.
