The football gods remain inscrutable: after a solid decade of dominance, the Colts lose their franchise quarterback and finish 2-14 the year that Indianapolis hosts the Super Bowl. Go ahead, make sense of that. Of course, people are still going to absolutely overrun downtown Indy in a couple of weeks, regardless of who’s playing, and the Indy arts community is tuning up for its latest spotlight moment. Open now through the big game is the TURF:IDADA Art Pavilion, a collection of more than twenty installations by local artists in the Old Indianapolis City Hall.
