Though we swore we’d never again write anything about Twitter or TweetSeats, this article by ArsTechnica‘s Curt Hopkins is too good not to mention here. It’s a pretty succinct and clear-eyed summation of the whole issue, and underscores one of the chief reasons that theater attendance is shrinking, that of course being the material presented. Note that The Book of Mormon is still selling out every show, every day, and does not offer TweatSeets. What it offers is a unique, well-structured, engrossing show. I know, what a concept, right?
