Wim Wenders is no stranger to taking chances, certainly not with regards to the films he makes. It is not a mainstream sensibility that creates things like “Until the End of the World” and “Wings of Desire”. Yeah, he gets a little too precious sometimes. But we need people like him, people who are willing to shoot, for example, a documentary, in 3D, about a legendary emblem of modern dance.
