Athol Fugard His Life & His Work

Athol Fugard His Life & His Work will be presented by Mark Perlberg as part of the Palm Beach Drama Works’ Master Playwright Series. The presentation will feature scenes from The Road to Mecca, Hello and Goodbye, Blood Knot, and more!

The Master Playwright Series examines three playwrights, with two segments devoted to each author. The first segment is an overview of the playwright’s life and work with readings from selected scenes. The second segment is a staged reading of one of that playwright’s important plays. The Overview is scheduled for Monday, April 16th at 7pm and Tuesday, April 17th at 2pm & 7pm. Playreading – A Lesson From Aloes is scheduled for Monday, April 23th at 7pm and Tuesday, April 24th at 2pm & 7pm.
