Lazy Fair

Mad Cat Theatre and MTC present a world premiere of Lazy Fair, written and directed by company member Theo Reyna. The play features Mad Cat company member Ken Clement, Meredith Bartmon and Andy Quiroga.   Sound will be designed by Mad Cat company member Matt Corey, Lights by Mad Cat company member Melissa Santiago Keenan and costume and set design by Mad Cat’s founder Paul Tei.

Money! Money! Money! Now and forever! But what if it were possible to take too much? What would happen to those who dared? Might it fulfill them? Consume them? Drive them to ruin? Lazy Fair unravels the mystery of a heist unlike any other. A simple burglary turns mythic when money turns out be a lot more trouble than expected.

Led byFounder and Artistic Director Stephanie Ansin, the team at Miami Theater Center creates and produces inspiring and thought-provoking productions that bring the transformational power of theater to audiences of all ages and abilities.
