The Plaza Theatre announces the schedule for their additional new space, adding five Cabaret Shows, a Piano Bar, and Comedy Nights. Located next door to the theatre at 250 S. Ocean Blvd. in the Plaza Del Mar, the new space overlooks the beautiful Intercoastal.  It offers Plaza Theatre patrons restaurant style seating, a full-bar experience with a new piano bar, and an intimate evening of entertainment with these added performances. The upcoming schedule for the space April 3 August 16 (with additional shows possible) is as follows:

Garland – The Music of Judy Garland performed by Melissa Boher Jacobson: April 3 – 5 & 10 – 12, 2014

Broadway’s Second Bananas performed by Beth Dimon: May 8 – 10 & 15 – 17, 2014

Follow The Yellow Brick Road -The Music of Yip Harburg performed by Josie O’Donnell: June 5 – 7 & 12 – 14, 2014

Moon River -The Songs of Johnny Mercer performed by John Lariviere: July 10 -12 & 17 – 19, 2014

Oy Vey…It’s Broadvay! Performed by Wayne LeGette: August 7 – 9 & 14 – 16, 2014

Pricing for the new series is $30 per cabaret show. Special pricing for the entire cabaret series is $125 for all five shows. Additional entertainment includes Open Mike (clean) Comedy Nights, which take place every Saturday at 8:00 p.m. on the following dates: April 26, May 31, June 28, August 2, 30, 2014. Tickets for Comedy Nights are $15 per person.
