Just south of South San Francisco is B Street and Vine, a wine and food bistro located in San Mateo that features an active schedule of live music. Five nights a week, musical acts perform at B Street and Vine; live music is mostly in a jazz vein, but on Fridays includes a variety of popular songs from all decades. The musicians here are all Bay Area locals, and each night’s ensemble is a regular group, performing weekly. B Street and Vine also features regular wine tastings on Monday evenings, and a menu of small plate food items to compliment the wine list. Works of art by local artists are always on display as well.
