Bistro 135 provides some of the best food and live jazz to be found in Rochester, with New York City charm and class combined with some of the city’s finest jazz musicians.  Tuesdays and Thursdays have a very reasonable Happy Hour at the bar and generally the music for that night is there for the last hour. The entrees can run a little on the expensive side, so the lighter fare is easier on the wallet.
