Not only does Carnegie-Mellon have a well-rounded set of performing ensembles including the Philharmonic, Concert Choir, Baroque Ensemble, Contemporary Music Ensemble, and Jazz Ensemble, but the school also boasts two fully staged opera productions—complete with orchestra—each year.

If you can’t make it to the performances, you can visit The Destination, a website completely focused on live webcasts of Carnegie Mellon School of Music performances.  Past concerts are also archived there, available for streaming as well as download.  Some of the archived concerts are available to the public; others are only for those with subscriptions (free, but those not affiliated with the school in some way may have subscription requests rejected).
