Now entering its 30th season, the Ensemble Theatre Company appeals to the tastes of the Santa Barbara elite with an elegant five show season of contemporary classics. Pulling talent and the occasional star name from Los Angeles, Ensemble Theatre thrives on small cast local premieres, while its second Storybook Stage offers lighthearted fare for the town’s little ones. A regular play reading series, pre-show martini night, and supplemental book club round out the company’s curriculum. Beginning in 2011, the Ensemble Theatre Company will move into Santa Barbara’s historic Victoria Theatre.
