A resident company of the Benedum Center for the Performing Arts, the Pittsburgh Dance Council has been bringing the contemporary dance world to Steel City’s doorstep for decades. Each season, the Council presents nationally and internationally-renowned dance companies and emerging artists at the Byham Theater, while also commissioning new works from choreographers and composers.
