TJS is a non-profit organization devoted to preserving jazz in Tucson, nurturing a local jazz audience, and inspiring new generations of jazz listeners and performers.  It is one of the nation’s largest such organizations, iin terms of membership, and is well into its fourth decade of existence.

The Society produces performances at a number of venues in and around Tucson.  Discounts are always available for TJS members, as well as students and active military.  The Society’s website is a great resource for information on jazz venues and musicians in Tucson, and TJS has been publishing JazzBeat, its newsletter, for 25 years.

• Ticket Prices: $20-$35, with discounts for TJS members, military and students
• Subscription/Memberships: Individual membership starts at $50 (Student $25; Family $75). Members receive discounts on all concerts, except New Year Eve events. Members at higher levels receive free tickets to select concerts and special invitations to all receptions for artists and/or sponsors.
