Broadway Cannot Contain Shatner: After the Music Box, He’s Hitting the Road

This just keeps getting better and better. Not content with cementing his legend through a potentially extended run at the Music Box Theatre on Broadway – because really, would you let the Shat leave if you had him? – Captain James T. “That’s My Name” Kirk is once again proving that he is a Man of the People by announcing that, directly following his B’way engagement, he’s taking his caravan of excellence out to L.A., to the Pantages Theatre, and then to various other drop spots around the country. The tour begins with a rubberneck slingshot of travel, L.A. to San Fran to Philly to Minneapolis in four days, which might give mortals pause.
