Catacoustic Consort’s Second Candlelight Concert On the Way Saturday

The Catacoustic Consort’s been playing early music in and around the Cincinnati area (not exclusively, but you get the idea) for about a decade now; they’ve got one of the few lirone players in the world in founder and artistic director Annalisa Pappano, and they’d need a wheelbarrow to tote around the acclaim they’ve received. They tried out a candlelight concert last year at St. Thomas Episcopal Church and were rewarded with a sellout, so they’re doing the same thing this year, at 7:30 Saturday, same place, different set – this one focuses heavily on the harp, and there’s a vocalist, too.
