It’s the seventh annual Black Playwrights Festival, but the first since the Black Ensemble Theater moved into its long-awaited new home in November. The festival gets going on Monday with a tribute to playwright and actress Regina Taylor, and then presents stagings of short and full-length plays throughout the week, culminating on Saturday with Rueben Echoles’ Reverend Lee.
