It’s rare for a marriage to make it to the 40-year mark, so no wonder a 40th wedding anniversary traditionally rates a gift of rubies. It’s even rarer for a dance company to survive for four decades. San Diego Dance Theater has reached that milestone, and everybody gets to celebrate at “Ruby Red Cabaret Dances,” the first show of the anniversary year.
