L.A. MoCA Brings the ‘Land Art’ to You

Land art is great, okay, land art, art made from the LAND, you know? The trouble is getting to it. Seeing it. These things, for the most part very big, very elaborate things, get constructed at very remote locales, like the middle of the Nevada desert. What to do, then? Most of us aren’t the sort of independently wealthy types who can say, “You know, I think I’d like to go see Spiral Jetty. Let us take my Gulfstream there.” L.A. MoCA’s got you locked, then, with this new online directory it’s established in conjunction with the new Ends of the Earth: Land Art to 1974 exhibition at the Geffen Contemporary.
