Eric Hanson, the new artistic director of Yoshi’s San Francisco, intends to keep going with the jazz club’s diverse music offerings. “For now, the recipe is variety,” says Hanson, who has 22 years in the music business, including running his own booking agency in Philadelphia, Tree Lawn Artists, which represents such jazz and pop artists as the Yellowjackets, Eliane Elias, Chuck Brown, Jesse Harris and Karrin Allyson.
