O’Neill’s “Horizon” Gets New Airing at Irish Rep

Photo Carol Rosegg/New York Post

Eugene O’Neill won the 1920 Pulitzer Prize for Beyond the Horizon, a fact which should reassure everyone who has not won the Pulitzer Prize, or anything comparable, because when was the last time anyone was talking about Beyond the Horizon? Of course, people still talk about Eugene O’Neill all the time, so maybe it is a good idea to finally start writing that book you’ve been putting off and stop eating so many Cheetos, although if you want to eat Cheetos while you are writing then that will probably be okay. The Irish Repertory Theater has knocked the dust off of the Horizon and will stage it now through April 8. (Frank Scheck, The New York Post)
