A growing number of artists in Philly, having had their fill of mainstream gallery ripoffs like massive overheads for shows and no open bar, are starting to drop off that scene completely and instead do things like the recent “Useless Scumbags”, a combination punk rock-art show held at Little Bar in South Philly on First Friday.
