The Signature Theater moves into its new Frank Gehry-designed home on 42nd St. next week, and it can take a fairly generous housewarming gift along, courtesy of the Pershing Square Foundation. Pershing Square on Thursday pledged $25 million to the Sig, which is intended to be spread out over two decades with the aim of keeping ticket prices affordable.
