I think this is neat. Sue me. The Smithsonian American Art Museum will launch an exhibit on March 16 dedicated to the evolution of video games. The Art of Video Games will range from the early days of the Atari 2600 to the current generation (the seventh, if you’re scoring at home) of consoles – the PS3, the Wii, etc. The show’s scheduled to run through September 30 in Washington; the Smithsonian then intends to take it on the road.
