Less than a year ago (in February, to be specific) Broadway pundits were debating whether or not War Horse would even translate to the American stage. Packed houses and a slew of Tony awards answered that question fairly quickly, and now Steven Spielberg’s film adaptation of the book/play is about ready to go.
