Kodak’s bankruptcy filing late last month had a decent number of people wondering what that might mean for the Kodak Theater, which oh by the way is where the Oscars are held every year. The confirmation has come: the Kodak name will, in fact, be removed from the theater’s marquee, although it remains to be seen whether or not that will happen by the time the ceremony rolls around in ten days. Kodak would very much like it to, so as to better hide its shame, but it might be difficult to find another sponsor on such short notice. (I’m rooting for Batter Blaster.)
