Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen (or simply the Jazz Kitchen) is a throwback to the early days of jazz, with a New Orleans theme and atmosphere, in a two-story replica of a traditional French Quarter-style building.  The Kitchen is located in the Downtown Disney area of Disneyland, and contains three distinct dining and entertainment areas; the Creole Café (a quick-service dining facility), Flambeaux’s (where live music performances take place), and the upstairs Carnival Club dining room, with balcony seating overlooking the Downtown Disney neighborhood.

Live music can be heard every night of the week (and at Sunday morning brunch) at the Jazz Kitchen, ranging from solo ragtime piano to Dixieland combos and always with a New Orleans flavor.  Regular artists are featured most nights of the week, though occasionally guest spots are opened for top-flight area performers.

The Kitchen is owned by famed New Orleans restaurateur Ralph Brennan. The traditional Creole cuisine offered here is modeled after the same recipes that have been in the Brennan family restaurant business for over fifty years.
