Ladies and gentlemen, start your bidding. The 13th annual ART PAPERS silent art auction is set to begin February 11, 2012 at Mason Murer Fine Art. In addition to artists receiving up to 35% of the proceeds from the sale of their work, Atlanta’s signature visual art event will benefit new and existing programs from ART PAPERS, the award-winning, Atlanta-based contemporary art magazine.
Including an impressive collection of works by Radcliffe Bailey, Scott Ingram, Jerry Siegel, Hank Willis Thomas, Avantika Bawa and more, the famed annual art auction will feature over 300 works in all by up-and-coming and established artists alike.
The actual silent auction takes place 7-10 p.m. February 11, 2012 at Mason Murer Fine Art, but until then, collectors can preview and begin bidding on the works of art from the comfort of their own homes at the online portion of the auction.
